A particularly distinctive local reinterpretation of the famous street food, devised by this well-known contemporary kebab shop in Sturla. The artisanal piadina encloses a filling made with one hundred percent Italian turkey and veal, seasoned in a decidedly unusual way with authentic DOP Genovese pesto, potato cream and fresh stracciatella to blend and enhance the flavors of tradition.
