Recommendations
A specialty of South Tyrolean tradition, prepared by hand and served in a welcoming high-altitude mountain hut. The canederli retain a soft, compact texture and are rich in first-rate ingredients such as local speck or mountain-hut cheese. They are offered both in the classic, comforting version in hot meat broth and simply dressed with plenty of melted mountain-hut butter and a sprinkling of fresh chives.
