Open since 2009, Osteria La Sol Fa is a typical family-run trattoria that focuses entirely on authenticity and Lazio’s short supply chain, far from the routes of mass tourism. The restaurant is deeply devoted to offal, and its Coda alla Vaccinara is a masterful example: the beef is slowly stewed for hours in tomato, resulting in exceptionally tender meat. The osteria is also renowned for its broad and carefully selected range of entirely gluten-free options.
