An original culinary invention from the Marche region featured in this historic beer hall’s celebrated line of indulgent creations, “Fritto al Cubo.” The star dish of the holidays, traditional vincisgrasso rich in layers of pasta, béchamel and dense meat ragù, is shaped into a perfect cube, breaded and expertly fried.
