The undisputed signature and most celebrated dish of the restaurant in the heart of the Marina district. These are traditional Sardinian ravioli, famous for their distinctive wheat-stalk closure, entirely handmade by the owner. Inside, they hold a soft filling made with potatoes, Sardinian pecorino, garlic and fresh mint, traditionally served dressed with a simple tomato and basil sauce.
