Created in 2015 by Ciro Poppella, the Fiocco di Neve has become a gastronomic phenomenon of Neapolitan pastry-making. It is a small, exceptionally soft ball of lightly sugared brioche, filled with a secret, velvety white cream made with sheep’s ricotta and fresh milk, and dusted with powdered sugar. Light as a cloud, it is now considered the city’s fourth typical dessert.
