The mixed fried seafood is prepared with the freshest catch of the day, mainly squid, small fish and prawns, coated in a light breading that delivers impeccable browning and superb crispiness. Served piping hot on the sea-facing veranda, it is incredibly dry, aromatic and not at all greasy.
