The must-try and most spectacular dish at this elegant restaurant overlooking the canal harbor. It is an exceptionally rich triumph of the freshest, finest-quality shellfish, including scampi, lobsters, and the prized grillo di mare (large slipper lobster), taken directly from the aquarium in the center of the dining room. Everything is served to perfection on a large bed of fresh, crunchy vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and red onion, dressed with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
