A true institution of Cremonese cuisine, served along the state road to Mantua. The monumental heated trolley makes its way between the tables, offering an extraordinary variety of no fewer than thirteen different cuts (nine boiled and four roasted), including cappello del prete, beef cheek, Cremonese cotechino, tongue and cooked shoulder. The meat, exceptionally tender and succulent, is carved to order and accompanied by divine sauces such as salsa verde, salsa rossa, cren and artisanal mostarda.
