Il Trapizzino is the iconic Roman street food created by Stefano Callegari. It is a triangular pocket of white pizza – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – filled to order with the great classics of Roman cuisine cooked in sauce, such as pollo alla cacciatora, coda alla vaccinara or meatballs in tomato sauce.
