The tasting begins with a selection of exceptional raw seafood sourced from the local catch, including plump scampi and exceptionally fresh oysters. This is followed by an avalanche of hot and cold cooked tastings, prepared according to the seafaring tradition of the port. Such a generous and satisfying offering that it is fully filling, making the other courses superfluous.
