Snail tasting menu (Crastuni)

Snails (locally called crastuni) have been the undisputed house specialty since 1985, deeply rooted in Floridia’s culinary tradition. This generous tasting dish allows you to sample snails prepared in four assorted variations: the “Disgraziata” version (with tomato, onion and chili pepper), the “Gratinata” version (with breadcrumbs, garlic and pepper), “A bagno” (with oil, garlic and oregano), and finally “Alla diavola” (deglazed with white wine and black pepper).
