Its signature dish is Mezzo pacchero con sugo di coda di rospo alla vaccinara: a brilliant seafood reinterpretation of the classic Roman dish, in which monkfish is cooked in a thick, deeply flavored sauce of tomato and celery, perfect for fare la scarpetta.
