An unbeatable institution run directly by the Fishermen’s Cooperative. Despite the constant queue, the wait is rewarded with local mussels sautéed in a pan with garlic and parsley, and a cuoppo of mixed fried fish and calamari that is dry, golden, and incredibly crisp. The flavor is authentic, exceptionally fresh, and infused with the deep briny aroma of the gulf.
