Renowned artisanal workshop and deli open for lunch, it serves this sumptuous timballo typical of Cefalù, made with ragù, shredded meat, fried eggplant and pecorino. As it is a very popular establishment with very few tables available, the wait to eat on site can be long. The establishment does not accept table reservations, but it is possible to order and reserve takeaway pasta to avoid the queues and enjoy it comfortably elsewhere.
A classic Sunday “pasta al forno,” very good.
