The exceptionally fresh dentex is carefully worked and whipped until it becomes an incredibly velvety, soft spread with a delicate yet lingering flavor. Excellent to purchase for a gourmet aperitivo or to enjoy on-site as a cicchetto, spread on crisp bread crostini or paired with a glass of local white wine.
