Open since 1945, La Masardona is considered the sacred and undisputed temple of fried pizza in Naples. The "Completa" version is an absolute masterpiece from the Piccirillo family: it encloses a perfect filling of ricotta, pork cicoli, smoked provola, tomato, and a pinch of pepper. Thanks to a masterful, centuries-old frying technique, the exterior is golden, exceptionally light, dry, and not greasy at all.
