L'Antico Forno Ceralli is a historic wood-fired bakery dating back to 1920, a pillar of the art of baking in the Castelli Romani. Its Pizza rossa alla pala is legendary: thin, fragrant, crisp and crunchy, and topped with a flavorful, generously oiled tomato sauce. Baked hot on a continuous cycle, it is excellent on its own or filled with the award-winning porchetta made in-house, cooked in the same monumental oven fueled with bundle wood.
