The very fresh octopus is boiled until it reaches an incredibly tender and juicy consistency, cut into bite-sized pieces, and served with boiled potatoes, all simply and traditionally dressed with excellent olive oil, garlic, and fresh parsley to bring out the flavor of the sea as much as possible.
