Risotto all'Isolana

The territory’s most famous and representative dish, prepared according to the traditional recipe. It is made exclusively with locally produced Vialone Nano rice from Verona, cooked in a flavoursome meat broth. The dressing consists of minced pork loin and veal, scented with cinnamon, pepper and rosemary. The risotto is finally creamed properly with plenty of Grana cheese, resulting in an incredibly flavoursome dish.
