A pillar of Modena’s tradition, served as an appetizer for around 13€. The "gnocchino fritto" is puffy, golden, light, and perfectly dry. It is served piping hot to accompany a carefully selected assortment of local cured meats: Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, Coppa, Mortadella “La Favola”, Salame Cremonese, and Pancetta. Alternatively, the "Tagliere Torchietto" is available, featuring strips of fried gnocco, culaccia, and erbazzone.
