Splendid bistro and genuine trattoria in the Senzuno district, run by Valeria and Michele, where the great Tuscan classics of the sea and land are transformed into something memorable. The handmade spaghetti tossed with an exceptionally rich rock octopus sauce stands out, but the establishment is also renowned for its “ciccia” and noble offal prepared with a retro twist, such as liver terrine, Lampredotto and veal liver pan-fried with stewed onions.
