A historic signature first course of the long-established restaurant on the seafront, renowned for bringing the bounty of the Lazio sea to the table. Fresh egg pasta, with a rough texture and thick cut, embraces an exceptionally rich seafood sauce made with fresh langoustines, prawns, squid, mussels and clams. Everything is tossed in a pan and deglazed with datterini tomatoes (pachino), creating a light, flavorful and enveloping sauce.
