The restaurant’s historic reinterpretation of the classic Neapolitan mussel soup, its signature seafood dish. The base consists of toasted slices of rustic bread, rubbed with garlic and placed on the bottom of the plate. A generous cascade of meaty, succulent local mussels, cooked to perfection, is placed on top, with everything drizzled with traditional hot, spicy oil (o' russ') and flavorful clarified seafood broth, for an authentic experience with just the right amount of heat.
