Since 1930, the Accurso family has run a butcher’s shop in Salerno that preserves the taste of tradition. In addition to meat, it offers ready-made dishes and gastronomic specialties inspired by Salerno recipes. Among its most representative preparations is meveza ’mbuttunat, stuffed spleen associated with the Feast of Saint Matthew and the family’s history.
