Bann - Pane Libero is a contemporary bakery founded in 2024 in Modica Alta by Serena Ciurcina, Francesco Mineo and Piero Floridia, who were already associated with Locanda del Colonnello. The idea is to offer bread “free” from the constraints of the strictest traditions, alongside pizza, leavened products, and sweet and savory offerings, with particular attention to the doughs and the quality of the ingredients.
