Da Carola is one of Panarea’s historic spots: a family-run bar that has been open since 1991, just a few steps from the landing and with a terrace overlooking the sea. Its specialty is granita, offered in more than thirty flavors and prepared with an emphasis on local fruit and products, from the most traditional combinations to the now-famous peach and Malvasia flavor. A place that simply conveys the flavors and atmosphere of the Aeolian Islands, from breakfast through aperitivo.
