FOZ Bakery con Cucina, in Ragusa, is an artisanal project that brings together a bakery, kitchen and local farmers’ market. It produces bread, pizza and pastries using live sourdough starter and flour made from native Sicilian grains, alongside hot and cold dishes inspired by the island’s street food. The experience is completed by a farmers’ counter offering preserves, fermented products, legumes, spices, honey and oil.
