Housed in an old family stable along the road to the Eremo delle Carceri, La Stalla welcomes guests amid the greenery of Mount Subasio, with soot-marked walls, wooden tables and a large fireplace in the center of the dining room. It brings the flavors of popular Umbrian cuisine to the table: torta al testo, polenta, bigoli, strangozzi, grilled meats and cheeses, as well as tasty potatoes and onions cooked under the ashes and homemade desserts.
