Buffet Birreria da Rudy is an authentic Trieste-style buffet where local cuisine meets Bavarian flavors. The table features Trieste-style boiled meats, gulasch, game and homemade potato or bread gnocchi. The offering is rounded out by knödel, sausages with sauerkraut and tecia potatoes, to be paired with a Spaten available in five varieties: Lager, Pils, Weizen, Bock and Dunkel.
