Cantina Do Spade is a historic Venetian bacaro and restaurant, one of the city’s oldest taverns. Here, tradition meets seasonality and a few innovative touches in a selection ranging from hot and cold cicchetti, also served on bread, to specialities of lagoon cuisine: fried sardines, fried mackerel bites, baked canestrelli and Venetian-style gratinated scallops.
